We seek to hire young women dedicated to Christ, passionate about youth ministry, and trained to create a fun learning environment.

Tapawingo connects the Gospel in each program. We teach campers to glorify God, grow in their faith, and praise Him in all they do.
Meaningful activities
We offer 15 activities designed to encourage campers to develop new skills, memorize Scripture, and discover their identity in Christ.
What we offer
The Tapawingo camp experience is for girls 9-17 to know the love of Christ through biblical teaching, Christ-centered relationships, and meaningful activities, all while spending a week on the Island.
The TAP Adventure Program is for girls ages 14-15 who are ready to grow spiritually and take on physical challenges while exploring God’s creation beyond the island.
CIT is a challenging 4-week program designed for girls ages 16-17 to grow in biblical knowledge, Christian leadership, and wilderness skills, both on the island and in the Adirondack High Peaks.
